On a synthetic turf multi-sport pitch, you can play multiple sports on one pitch.

Tennis courts

Tennis is a sport practised by an increasing number of people, both as a competitive and hobby sport.

Playgrounds

Playgrounds are places where safety plays a special role.

Terraces and gardens

Artificial turf for the garden is a very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing solution.

Golf courses

Golf in Poland is becoming increasingly popular. No wonder different types of artificial turf are available on the market for various areas of the golf course.

Football pitches

Artificial turf football pitches are far less demanding than natural grass pitches. Unlike natural grass, synthetic turf is UV resistant and does not need such extensive and special care. It can be used all year round. It is more durable than natural grass, artificial turf does not change its appearance even if used very intensively. The artificial turf football surface consists of quartz sand and rubber granules and turf made from synthetic materials. Each of the artificial turf components has an important function in the overall surface. The synthetic turf fibres imitate natural grass. They hold the sand and granules that fill the surface in place. The quartz sand acts as a ballast and is the weight of the entire surface. The granules provide the softness and resilience of the surface. They cushion and protect users’ bodies during contact with the surface. Daily, many-hour use of the Orlik pitch causes damage to the surface, which further reduces the safety of pitch users. It is therefore worth remembering that synthetic pitches are not completely maintenance-free, but nevertheless the amount of maintenance required for artificial turf is much lower compared to that for natural grass.

Tennis courts

The game of tennis is a sport played by an increasing number of people, both for competitive and hobby purposes. Users of tennis facilities prioritise safety and comfort while facility managers demand minimal maintenance and greater uptime. The continuous development of plastic technology allows the same performance to be achieved on artificial surfaces as on natural ones. The advantage of “artificial turf” is that it is durable and can be used practically 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, even after heavy rainfall. Thanks to the quartz sand infill, artificial turf is excellent at absorbing impacts and faithfully reproduces the natural bounce of a tennis ball. Thanks to special UV filters, the surfaces retain their original colour over a long service life of more than 10 years. Synthetic tennis turf can be used on both outdoor and indoor tennis courts. It can be laid on suitably prepared concrete substrates (most commonly in halls), as well as on stone aggregates (outdoor courts). It is designed for both competitive play (professional courts) and amateur play (recreational courts). Synthetic tennis turf allows the court to be used all year round, whereas on natural grass the playing season lasts 8-10 months. The turf is characterised by high durability and abrasion resistance, even without the need to limit play to 8-10 h/week, as is the case with natural grass. With an artificial surface, we have almost maintenance-free turf on the court, which allows us to save a lot of time (elimination of mowing, fertilising, watering, weeding, rolling and line painting).

Golf courses

Golf in Poland is becoming increasingly popular, hence there are different types of artificial turfs available on the market for different areas of the golf course. Synthetic turfs can be used both on commercial courses and on home golf courses. Detailed analysis of different solutions and products in the design of artificial turf for golf courses has led to ideal criteria and to the creation of an artificial surface that is the best imitation of natural grass. Backyard synthetic turf putting greens are an economical and convenient way to improve your game, as well as a great way to enjoy leisure time in your garden. Professional golf turf has a very dense polyamide fibre with increased abrasion resistance and twisted structure creating a perfectly smooth surface giving full control of the ball.

Playgrounds

Playgrounds are places where safety plays a special role. It is therefore important that new playgrounds are built using the latest technology, with maximum consideration for usability, quality and durability. The solution combining the highest qualities of innovation, safety, ease of construction and maintenance is RICCO-Play surfaces. It is a combination of Polish synthetic turf RICCO-Multi, with Pro-Play shock-absorbing bases. The RICCO-Play surface system – 24mm high fibrillated synthetic turf filled with quartz sand and installed on closed-pore PRO-Play polypropylene foam bases – meets all the requirements of the PN-EN1177 standard, as well as the HIC drop criteria up to 3m. Compared to traditional natural grass or rubber surfaces – poured or composed of slabs – the use of artificial turf is a more modern solution with a significant advantage in technical, aesthetic, functional and economic terms.

Terraces and gardens

Artificial decorative turf is a great solution for unusual garden or terrace arrangements. It does not require maintenance, thus retaining all the aesthetic qualities of natural grass. Ricco’s decorative turf range is the perfect choice for anyone looking for an unusual solution, aesthetics and durability, but also the comfort of maintenance-free use.
